Critical Thinking

Critical thinking, as Dr. Richard Paul says, is the art of analyzing and evaluating thinking 
with a view to improving it.


          Using both sides of the brain. Both sides! Yes, this is WBT!
So let´s be open minded, bringing up analyzing and evaluating not only our thinking but the thinking of others to make connections and to get to a conclusion.
           As any art, it takes time to be good at.


How to embrace it?
That´s easy! Help your kiddos develop their thinking skills to face problems and reach the goal. There it is.....Jump out of the box!!!!

Here are some tips for improving Critical Thinkigs Skills.
Now, take a look at all these tips.......Can you see what I see?
There it is.........The 5 step lesson plan!
Step 1. Question, that is the questioning, bringing up curiosity.
Step 2. Answer the question using gestures through concept and synthesis.
Step 3. Give out examples by comparing, contrasting, debating, using higher-order comparison.
Step 4. Assessment, allowing to evaluate its merit.
Step 5. Critical thinking using mind mapping for application.

It sounds like WBT!!
